Here is a close up view of Medellin apartments and houses from overhead. You can see the apartments and houses in this photo are in well kept neighborhoods. The housing developments are also referred to as 'Casas Encerrados'. There is even a tennis court below, and you can see a couple roof top swimming pools in this photo as well. The apartment and housing development condo or maintenance fees are much lower than in other developed countries. Mostly due to the lower wages which are paid out in salaries to the workers.
